RETURNS
Stamatiadis Bros. also through its website gives you the opportunity to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt and to be refunded the amount you have paid. According to article 3e of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the consumer may withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case, the amount he has paid for his purchase must be returned to him via bank transfer no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the withdrawal declaration.
To do this, the consumer on his part must:
Have kept the product packaging and the product itself in its original condition.
Have not used the product and generally have not carried out any actions that may cause the product to deteriorate. Also, the product label must not be removed.
The product must not have been used and must not show any signs of misuse or incorrect assembly.
No parts or accessories must have been removed, if any.
Send an e-mail to info@woodsweetwood.gr, informing the company of the return of the product.
The return costs in this case are covered by the consumer. If it is determined that the above conditions for returning the product are not met, the company has the right to return the product to the consumer at the latter's expense and without refunding the amount paid for the purchase of the product.
Provided that all the above conditions are met, the amount of money is refunded to an account indicated by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and inspection of its condition.
CHANGES
Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased.
To do this, the consumer must:

Have not used, cut, etc. the product and generally have not carried out actions that may cause the product to deteriorate. Also, the product label may not be removed.
Have not been used and there are no signs of misuse or incorrect assembly of the product.

The return costs in this case are covered by the consumer, as are the shipping costs for sending the new product.
In the event that the product that the consumer wishes to replace the original purchase is not currently available in a given color or design, the consumer is entitled to wait for the next delivery, in which case the company will notify him either by phone or by e-mail.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The Customer has the right to complain about a product if it has real defects or if it lacks agreed properties.
In particular, if upon receipt of the product signs of use are observed, such as torn packaging, scratches, breakages, etc., the Customer must immediately indicate the defect to the shipping company employee and request the return of the product. The complaint is recorded by the shipping company with all the necessary information.
In the event that you receive the package with the product you have purchased and do not declare at that time to the shipping company employee any complaint or do not indicate the defect, Woodsweetwood reserves the right to refuse its return.
If the product is defective or does not have the agreed properties, the Customer has the right to request:
Repair or replacement of the product
Reduction of the price
Cancellation of the sale
